I will be switching over to the monthly method for my non o extension this year. My questions are: 1: Can I use a yearly printout using the BB phone app? Or does it have to come from the main office? 2: Does the yearly printout have to be on dated the same day that you submit it to immigration?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is switching to a monthly method for their NON-O visa extension and asks if a yearly bank printout from the BB app can be used for immigration purposes, and whether that printout needs to be dated the same day as the extension application. Responses indicate that while some immigration offices may accept a printout from the app, most prefer an official yearly transaction report from the bank, which can be dated up to a week before the application but may vary by office. Users recommend ensuring all financial documentation is complete and highlights the importance of having consistent and timely bank statements.

I have just gone through this procedure in Nakhon Phanom. The print out from the banking app was accepted but I had got one after 6 months and one at renewal so it showed all 12 payments which I highlighted. All were ftt. I also produced my bank book updated regularly showing all 12 payments. I highlighted these on my copies. I also had to show my UK bank statements to prove where the money had become from. I highlighted the withdrawals and they spent a long time cross checking transfers. They did not ask for any proof that I had net the financial requirements of my previous extension ie 800k in bank for 3 months and not below 400k. I had left the 800k in all year in case there was a glitch. They also did not ask to see my Wise transfer slips but I had them in case. I hope this helps but remember, your office may have different requirements.

I get a monthly payment receipt from my bank and produce them with a yearly summary when I apply, plus statement from my bank not more than 2 days before application

Be careful and leave the 800k in bank 3 months after renewal. I didn't last year now have this issue now.
so you are talking about last years extension in which case you are correct. To meet the terms of that extension you should have had 800k in your bank for 3 months after and not below 400k for the rest if the year. However, my office never checked up on that and just accepted the 12 monthly payments for this years extension.
yes last years extension. I should have changed to 65k method last year as been transferring 65k month over 2 years plus the 800k been in bank over 2 years also. Last year immigration man didn't look statements just checked balance letter. I'm gona try myself in 2 weeks with the 12 months statements showing 65k transfer.
Even if they will accept the printout from the app you have to be careful that it covers all the way back to your last extension. That app printout idea of 12 months is the current month and the previous 11 months. Always better to get the official statement from the bank even though with BB you have to order 5 working days in advance

Most offices require you to get the year transaction detail report from your bank and will NOT accept the one you can download and print. ๐
As a rule that yearly transaction report & the standard bank letter can be dated up to 7 days before you get the extension
BUT
there are some offices that want those dated the same day (tough to to when you have to order that transaction report like some banks make you)
You're asking questions only your immigration office can answer.
What office do you use for your extensions?

Tod Daniels OK. I submit for a one year on the 5th. I ask for one year monthly statement. I pick it up 7 days later after they complete it. Is it only good for one day or seven days later at immigration?
depends on the bank, some can print that year statement right on the spot, some like bangkok bank take 3-5 days,
you also need the 'standard bank letter' too so have them print that when you go back to pick up the year statement (most banks issue that on the spot)
AND
don't forget to update your bank book the day you apply
this is what the 'standard bank letter' looks like
then I would post on a Korat related f/b group and ask OR I'd go on over to their office well before you need the extension to see what their policy is about it
