Hello. I’m in a bit of a tricky situation right now. 

In the period of the last 6 months, I have been in Thailand for 3 months. Two days ago I left Thailand (with a visa available until the 12th of feb) and was sent to Denmark to apply for non-b visa by my employer. However, that job screwed me over and is no longer in the picture and I’m now finding myself in Denmark, unable to get non-b, and I still have my apartment in bangkok to get back to. Will I be able to enter Thailand even though I’ve been there for almost 3 months in the last 6 months? Can I go to the Thai embassy in Denmark and explain the situation or what other options do I have?

Here's my advice:

1. If you're planning on not returning to Thailand, I recommend entering on a visa exempt. When you fly in, you get 30 days, extendable by another 30 days. That gives you 60 days to wrap everything up.

2. If you may want to come back to Thailand and search for another job, I recommend getting a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa from your local Thai consulate.

You have a visa available until the 12 Feb? I guess you have the stamp Admitted Until 12 Feb 2020, if this is correct than this stay is cancelled on departure with the new triangle stamp.

Strange that a Thai company send you to your home country as they can convert your tourist visa into the Non Immigrant B visa at the local Immigration Office or you can apply at every Thai Consulate in the surrounding countries.

That you have an apartment in Bangkok is nice, but of no concern of Immigration. Best is to arrange a legal stay in Thailand before you arrange long term lease or buy apartments.

No one can answer this question. To lessen the risk of problems, get a tourist visa. If you are worried, on arrival, it is advised to have 20k baht or same amount in other currency, an onwards ticket or return ticket, an accommodation booking (tourists don't have rental agreements)...even a booking that can be cancelled is fine.

You should be able to apply for a 60-day tourist visa in Denmark. You can then extend this for an additional 30 days in Thailand if you need more time.

What is your history in Thailand?

Three months in the past six shouldn't be a problem but do you have a more extensive history in Thailand? If so, that may change things.

I advise to get a Single Entry Tourist visa in Denmark and then fly in. It means you must/should have a return ticket within 90 days, though.

i arrived on the 8th of October for 5 days.

Then I went back to bkk on the 4th of November and left December 1st.

Then I went back to bkk on 12th of December and got back two days ago with tourist extension.

That’s the only stamps I have in my passport with visiting Thailand but I’ve visited 18 times throughout my life but never overstayed
