Hello! Originally I was planning to go to Bangkok through Test & Go but I decided to go to Thailand as Phuket Sandbox.

I’m trying to find a hotel on Agoda but I can’t find the hotel including PCR test, and I think I need get test through PSAS.

But the Thailand pass official webpage says that I need documents

“Paid AQ / SHA Extra+ hotel reservation confirmation throughout the 7 days period (including the fee for 2 RT-PCR tests)”

I don’t know what to do. Can I book the hotel and PCR test separately?

Sorry if someone already asked the same question but I couldn’t find the answer.

My understanding was that the hotels USED to book the RT-PCR tests for you, but more recently, you book the tests yourself with the PSAS website.

Book the SHA Plus+ hotel and then the two tests via PSAS.

Make sure the image you upload has both the hotel and PCR test receipts. I screenshoted each receipt and used MS Paint on my computer to put them in the same image.

I didn't get transport via my hotel, I just got a taxi from the taxi counter at the testing exit. I was under the test and go program, so I am not sure if sandbox requires pre-booked transport. If you want to be on the safe side, organise it through your hotel.

We completed the Sandbox programme at this hotel, they arranged the SHA certificate and collection from Airport also all the necessary PCR tests for us. They even provided free transportation to the testing centre.

Check out the video we made they were excellent 👍.

no, you have to fly direct from overseas into Phuket to go into the sandbox.

I booked them separately, but then the hotel asked me for the PCR test receipt, then the hotel sent me a document showing paid hotel, paid tests, and paid hotel transport. It was THIS document I uploaded to Sandbox AND test and go ( I have been 2 times since October)

Ignore what the website says. They made 2 different ways of entering Thailand but then only put one way on the website, and it makes no sense.

You only need SHA+ in Phuket, and then book your 2 tests through PSAS. Upload the proof that you paid for your tests along with your hotel booking.
