I don't think mention of Scotiabank had much influence...just that an explanation of current financial arrangements may be helpful, in a polite fashion..can't remember specifics, but didn't involve detailed disclosure..just something for them to nibble on..anyway, Good Fortune!!

Thanachart Bank....if you happen to have an account with Scotiabank, it MAY help, since they are half owned by Scotiabank..but have no formal connection..it helped me get an account in Chiang Rai a few years back...so, at least worth a try..🍁

it is actually "temporary files" you would be deleting ...recent stuff is kept in memory for faster recall, but are for convenience ..unless saved , they have no real significance in your pc or phone operation..

It may help to "clean your cookies" on your laptop and try again..

know this sounds complicated to somebody not used to computers..but it's simple , basic stuff..(what you would be doing is erasing the memory of your first attempts...possibly)..whatever browser (chrome, microsoft edge,,etc ) will have a simple settings tool to do just that.

flew with Qatar 7 times to Bangkok..re airport..the new one had opened at about my third trip..very easy to get around despite it's huge size..you really only have to make it through screening as you get off your first flight..and maybe at check in area once more, but first is official govt check..the second pretty much air qatar..reconfirm your flights every hour or so..but other than that, a truly wonderful airport to walk around, easy to find seating and internet chargers, and free PC should you have trouble using your own. Staff on the plane and in airport are multinational..and excellently trained. But always remember you are heading East problem solving is handled well by courtesy rather than by confrontation..
