After the 90 days you have 7 days grace period. After that you will be charged 2000 baht fine.

Just one shit of paper. Printed signed and stamped by the doctor. Immigration have their own doctor too. His decision is final though.

The pregnant side of visa. From about 5 to 6 months the hospital gives you a letter to get visa from Immigration. After delivery it depends on your doctor how long you can stay in the country before you start going out for visas. Some give you a month some 3 months depending on your case.
