A couple of questions which I'm hoping you well informed people can help me out with:

1. Can you change from a tourist visa to a business visa without leaving the country?

2. Can you get a visa exemption for being pregnant and how would you go about it? I've read some things but would like to hear from somebody that has either done this or is well informed about it.

My wife is pregnant and is on a tourist visa and will work for 3 months and her company will provide her a 3 month business visa. Ideally we would want her on the business visa and then a visa exemption to have the baby. Just worried about her having to leave the country whilst pregnant.
