Hi, Singaporean here. Got my DTV 2 days ago. After emailing and calling Singapore Thai embassy, Singaporeans cannot apply in SG due to ongoing bilateral agreements apparently between SG and Thailand. Hence we can only apply at embassies other than SG. Got mine in Hanoi, within 4 working days.Visa fee was waived.
