.... cheers Tod . In the past I’ve got the letter a few days before and just went straight in at opening time . Just weighing up options . I suppose a 30 minute wait for the letter isn’t so bad but obviously your waiting for the bank to

... that’s correct . It’s for non o on marriage . Balance hasnt changed for the past 18 months or so .

... very strange that . In 7 years at same place I’ve never done it on the day. Updated the bank book downstairs same day but not got a letter same day .

Many people have insurance which they renew each year but this could be before an extension renewal so when it’s time to get the yearly renewal people wouldn’t be able to show a full years insurance . Let’s hope common sense would prevail .
