What does "issued within 1 week from Bank" mean for DTV applications?

My default statement came on the 13th. I moved funds across on the 18th. I spoke to my bank and they’re emailing me a statement from the 13th to whatever_date_they_send.

Might be worth seeing if you can just update the date of when your statement comes mid-month.

Where do we get the forms from to fill out beforehand? Cannot seen to find a DTV one on the Taipei website and the Thai website seems to be E-visa only?

Thanks Andi. Can I just check something quickly re Taipei walkins. Do we need to come *with* a completed application form? Or do we do this there? I had assumed we do it there. But just seen something on Google that reads to me as though they went *with* a completed application form and handed that in along with their bank statements etc.

Oh! So effectively what is the last day for walks ins then for Taipei? I assume closed for 24th, 25 and 26th? Then reopen for 1 day 27th and close again?

Oh. I’ve been in Phuket for 1 year but my bank statements are still addressed to where I lived in UK. Will need to look more into this part as I thought it was just proving you were in the country for long enough, in which case a hotel receipt would have sufficed

Small Q re 2nd bullet point “copy of lease agreement”

This is just meaning proof of being in the country you’re applying from right? I.e., a ~1 week hotel receipt would suffice?
