yes that is correct. I wasn't denied they just told me to come back once my wife has her 1 year extension

no I went to Laos get both a non b for my wife and a non o for me. I had my marriage certificate and the needed documents from my wife employer

this is how I tied mine last week. Because if I am not mistaken if it is your first time applying for a non b you will only have the wp3 letter from your employer. Once you receive your official book and received your one year extension you can apply for the non o.

You can only get your visa once your husband has completed his first 3 months and received his work permit (book). I would recommend getting a visa on arrival and then to go back to Laos again in 2 to 3 months.

if your husband has 3 months now currently he can extend in Thailand at immigration for 1 year. Once he has extended this you can go and apply for your non o at a neighbouring country. I would recommend going to Laos as it is very easy and there is no long waiting time.

She is asking if it can be done in the first 3 months? I am now currently in the same situation. I was told by my agent you would need to leave and that it can only be done once he has his 1 year.

Okay thank you for this informtion. So basically you cant get a 3 party person to be a sponsor for you. It must be the company that you are currently working for.
