You choose possibly the worst border crossing in Thailand, you didn’t have the required 20k in bht or slip 200bht in your passport & you wonder why you got ‘red stamped’. The amount of time you’ve been here I would have thought some research as to lawful requirements would have seen you walk through.

Of course, merely pointing out you can’t ‘bounce’ Malaysia anymore, unlike Burma, Cambodia & Laos, conversely all of which require a visa at a cost, unlike Malaysia.

it’s legitimate, numerous members hold such a Visa. You cannot work on this Visa, it’s appeal is the ability to come & go as you please, VIP all the way 🤑

I believe you can only hold 1 Visa at a time, however more senior members may correct me on this.

Having shown certification from ones bank of £5000 pp 6 months prior to travel generally is a good indicator one isn’t working & has adequate funds. Whilst I’ve heard plenty of cases of SETV holder being refused entry, I’ve never heard of anyone holding a METV being refused entry to the Kingdom. I’ve never been questioned or stopped whilst holding an Elite Visa.
