I hope so, I emailed them asking for the minimum requirements and was then told that I have to be Hong Kong citizen to apply. Seems highly unlikely that I wont be able to apply there.

yes thats correct, 90 day validity but 60 day stamp on entry

what is the reliability of the 5 year elite visa, what if I pay the 500k and next year when the new malitia steps in they decide to change the rules, do I just lose the money or wont that happen?
