I am in the process of applying for a Non Immigrant Visa 'O A' based on retirement and hoping to arrive on or about 18 December.

I have two questions:

1. On the first night I will stay in a hotel so I guess the hotel will sumit the TM30. The next day I will go to my prebooked condo. Does the condo owner or me, as the leasee, have to submit the TM 30?

2. In regard to the 90 day reporting do I have to report on arrival, or is this done at immgration at the airport, meaning that I report 90 days from arrival?

I have looked through various commentts and can'tt find an answer.
