I live in Bhutan and came to Thailand for medical care on a tourist visa. I already had to extended my visa for 30 days because of the timing of my medical treatment.  Most of Bhutan is now in lockdown and I am trying to figure out my options in Thailand until lockdown is over in Bhutan.  I am currently in Bangkok.

I’m returning to Thailand in a few weeks on the 45 day exemption visa, I will then change this to a 12 month visa, such as the ED visa once back in Thailand, I’m told by several visa agents that this is ok to do, so does anyone have a similar experience? also any recommendations for agents in Bangkok. thanks.
