What are the best options for managing a NON-O marriage visa in Thailand, including reporting and TM30 requirements?

I would like to know what’s the best option for my visa. I have acquired a NON-O marriage visa from Canada. I’m currently living in Bangkok with my Thai wife.

Is it best to do border bounce every 90 day’s or just report to immigration?

When doing the 90 day report in person does a person need to also give them the tm 30 address paper?

Is a person able to get her to do the reporting online for the first time or do you need to do it in person?

What’s the website for a home owner to register a person?

Has anyone had luck with the service from Bumrungrad hospital?
