Just extended my tourist stay at Bumrungrad hospital. Just have to say what a complete and utter delight it is not having to go to Chaengwattana. And it's the perfect excuse for an early Saturday beer or two. 

They prepare the form and take the picture. All you need is your passport and departure card. The service cost a little extra and you have to show up before 12 on a Saturday and book an appointment in advance.
