Anyone know of any decent agency that does 30 days visa extension in Bangkok . I’ve been quoted ฿6,000 but seems a bit much as I just want to queue jump.
Okay, trying to sort fact from rumor here. I am going to get a non-O retirement visa next year. I will jave the 800,000 baht and everything else necessary. I am planning to use a well reviewed visa agent (Assist Thai Visa in Chiang Mai) just to make things easier. It's worth the money to me. Like I said, I will have everything necessary, so not trying to have them skirt the system. Some folks say even if done correctly that a visa attained through an agent is not valid. That doesn't seem right to me. So is it or is it not going to bite me later if I use an agent? Thanks for the answers in advance!
I am seeking to apply for retirement visa based on Non-o marriage in mid 2023. I do have thai Bank account Krungsri(2020-present) that meets 800k baht requirement and have a proof of residence address(house in BKK). I am a US passport holder. What are the steps for DIY(no agency/3rd party)?
