Does anybody have a suggestion for a background check from the USA?
It doesn't have to be all that serious nor does it have to be notarized.
The last time I had to do this, went to the local courthouse and they printed out a document that said I had no pending cases... That's all I need now.
I see there are several websites that offer the services. They are happy to take my credit card and do not mention a price... Hence, probably not a good idea.
Looking to get a tourist eVisa. I am seeing conflicting information, so I would like to ask a few questions, please.
1. Timeframe - How early before we travel to Thailand can we apply?
2. Eligibility - when it asks you current location, does it mean your current residence or where you physically are at the moment? (We are from the US but will be in Mexico for a short time for tourism right during the time frame I think we might need to apply for the Thai evisa. Do we put US since that is our residence?)
3. Upload documentation - they list different items on their website, than in the evisa manual, than I have seen people mention on forum posts. For evisa -
Is Travel Booking Documentation your air ticket, and do you need to upload your ticket to leave too?
Do you have to upload your accommodations bookings and do they have to cover your whole time?
Has anyone recently (last couple of months) applied for a non-immigrant visa using the Thai embassy online e-visa platform? (Coming from USA on non-imm B visa) Does Thai embassy want us to use the online e-visa platform instead of in-person or mailed in application? Any insight is helpful. Thanks!
