Why can't I edit my e-visa application after uploading documents?

I'm in the process of making an e-visa application. Uploaded some documents yesterday, No problem.

I can log into my application but now it wont open the folder for editing anymore. I've tried many times already both on my phone and on pc. Am I doing something wrong???

Trying to apply for non-b from UK and when i clicked submit the form and choose submit by post.. this page pop up and the text box wont work. idk what to do. Need some suggestion?

Hi on the online Visa application does the completed submission appear at the end screen? I've fully submitted my visa twice yet I can only see incomplete submissions. It won't appear even when I enter the reference number. Also what is the response time for submissions in the UK? Thanks in advance
