What documents and requirements do I need for a Non-Immigrant (B) visa to work in Thailand as a Malaysian citizen?

Hey guys, my prospective employer has advised me to apply for a Non-Immigrant (B) visa; I have browsed through the checklist for Malaysian applicants which I have attached. I have 3 questions -

1. Seems like the checklist does not include 'proof of employment' letters, can I confirm that 'proof of employment' letters are only needed to apply for work permit once I am already working in Thailand?

1. Is there a minimum monthly salary (THB) needed to work in Thailand legally? (I have read in a forum that it is 40k THB)

1. Aside from the checklist, what other documents are needed in advanced so I am able to prepare them ahead of time? (eg work permit application documents etc)
