A few DTV questions.

Is there the usual 90 day reporting? I thought I read somewhere that people a bit older might have trouble getting one? I am 62 but do remote work. Is the application fee non-refundable like most other visas, or they give you more latitude to re-submit documents? THX

Anyone here from Singapore or any ASEAN country who processed their Non-O visa at the Thai Embassy in Ho Chi Minh?

I know in Penang and Laos, they waive the visa application fee for ASEAN nationals -- just wondering if it's the same for Vietnam?

Would appreciate knowing if anyone's done this?
