Hi. Have the rules recently changed regarding foreigners born in Thailand...specifically...if the child leaves Thailand for the first time, and re-enters after a week, will the child need a visa? Or will the child stil be visa free until the age of 15? Both parent's are foreigners... thank you

I am here on a 60 day tourist visa. Not yet extended.

I do have a 7 month old daughter born in Thailand. But not a Thai national!

My daughter and my Tai Yai partner ( no legal marriage due to her id.) are resident in Thailand. Is there an option for me to stay in Thailand because of my daughter?

What Visa could i apply on?

We do have all paperwork together!!!

Wonder if my son was born in Thailand, is we eligible for any kind of permanent residency or does he have any specific status of what so ever? Not that we need it, just would like to know how it works here in Thailand. Please share your experience. Cheers!
