Ok people those who know I've done three trips in the past year. Am moving to my condo I bought last visit, came back to the UK to sort my final admin out.
All ready to apply for a retirement visa not worried about that BUT now the question I'm on a one way ticket on my 4th visit this year my luggage is the clue I have finished being a tourist (first came out in 1977) as I've seen this is a fast moving thai government will I have a problem !!!
Here is the scenario: I bought a condo in Jomtien and moved into it on October 20, 2023. I had an agency do my TM 30 and it is stapled to the back of my visa. I have a valid business visa (not sure that makes a difference). I went for a holiday to Vietnam December 29 to January 4, 2024. I forgot to do a TM 30 on my return. Last week, I registered to do an online 90 day report and it was rejected and said I needed to report to the nearest immigration office. Someone told me that if I am doing a 90 day report online for the first time it will reject because you must first do an in person or mail in report first. I thought if I went to Koh Samet (which I wanted to do anyways) for a few days and asked them for a copy of the TM 30 and then on my return do a TM 30 that I am back would solve the neglected TM 30 and then go in person to the immigration for my 90 day report would solve my issue. Any comments?
Maybe I didn't explain properly. I would go to Ko Samet, the hotel would so their TM 30 and then on my return I would do another TM 30 online for my condo here in Jomtien thus requiring me to do my 90 day check-in with immigration in Jomtien. Does this now make sense?
