Do I need to provide proof of a 65,000 baht monthly deposit for a retirement visa in Thailand?

For the 65,000 baht monthly deposit, do need to show that proof of deposit for a year before applying for the 1 year visa or just documentation that I have it? I also have the 800,000 baht to deposit. Could I deposit it and apply for the retirement visa and in parallel deposit the 65,000 baht and eventually prove that I have it and then withdraw the 800,000? Thank you
