TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, holding a Non-O visa until January 6, 2025, inquires about receiving a 60-day visa-exempt stamp upon re-entering Thailand after a trip to Phnom Penh. The comments clarify that without a re-entry permit, the user would likely be stamped for a 60-day visa exemption upon entry, provided entry is allowed. However, if a re-entry permit is held, the stamp could vary depending on the immigration officer's discretion.

In case you don't have a re-entry permit, you will be stamped for 60 days on visa-exempt if you are allowed to enter Thailand.
If you have a valid re-entry permit, it depends on the officer whether they stamped in on visa-exempt or re-entry permit. in this case, you need to ask them clearly to let you enter on visa-exempt.
