Hey guys! Quick question, does anyone know where I can go for a Non-B visa if I have a Namibian passport? My understanding is that Penang and Laos aren't an option cause all African countries apart from  South Africa are banned from doing it there? Any other ideas (Apart from having to go back home to do it of course)? Thanks everyone!

You're country is NOT on the list of prohibited countries at the thai consulate in Kuala Lumpur, which makes me believe it'd be okay for you to go to Penang too

Your country IS on the list of prohibited countries that cannot get a tourist visa in Lao from either consulate BUT I don't know if you could get a Non-B there or not. :/ Sorry.
