The 90-day reporting period for Thai visas starts from the date of the last entry into the country. For the DTV visa holder, the count will begin after re-entry in the 3rd week of November, while for the ED visa holder, it starts from the date of entry on November 5, 2024. The TM47 form for reporting is required to be submitted in person for the first time. Any changes to the rental address or status, such as leaving and re-entering, necessitate an update to the TM30 form with the landlord.
