Actually IF you have a year long extension of stay (that you got from the immigration office where you do 90 day reporting) you want the 4th choice which on the mobile app is the one you have checked; NON (A ลงท้าย 1 ปี) and which on the web-based portal is 04 คนอยู่ชั่วคราว 1 ปี (NON-1 YEAR)

That's correct. There is a document in this group called the TM30 manual that's written in Thai. The building owner should be able to read Thai and set it up.
