What should I do if the Immigration app shows I'm overstay after getting a visa extension in Koh Samui?

I recently went to Koh Samui Immigration for a new 1-year "retirement" extension of my non-immigrant O visa and got it without any issues, the new stamp in my passport says "EXTENSION OF STAY PERMITTED UP TO 29 APR 2022", as expected.

Today I logged in to Immigration's Android app and got a pop-up message saying that I was on 10 days overstay, with a permit date of 29/04/2021! I logged out and then in again, the same message appeared again.

It seems that their database is not up to date (yet) or that the app is not that reliable. Should I better inform Immigration about the issue or is this (kind of) "normal" anyway and may be solved by itself with time? 

Has anyone else here ever experienced the same kind of situation?

I got an extension of stay on March 2nd, and it still isn't in the system. I called Chiang Mai Immigration to see whether they could fix it so that I wouldn't have to do my next 90 day report in person, but no luck.
