Hi.. currently on one year extension non o visa.. but passport will soon run out of pages. What do I need to do? Apply for a new one or ? And how will this affect my current visa? Is it easy to transfer? Concerned that U.K. passports are taking longer, and I could miss a 90 day report too.. Any info appreciated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If your UK passport is running out of pages while on a one-year extension of your NON-O visa in Thailand, you will need to apply for a new passport. There is currently a delay at the UK passport office, with processing times reported to be around 10 weeks or longer due to backlogs. If you miss a 90-day report while waiting for your new passport, it's generally not a major concern; you may incur a fine, which typically does not affect future travel plans. You can keep your old passport until the new one arrives, and transferring your visa to the new passport is a straightforward process that involves filling out a form and providing a copy of both the old and new passports, along with a bank statement if you hold a retirement visa. Additionally, you can complete your 90-day report online to ease the process.

As for moving the visa to the new passport it'll take you 30min you need a copy of the old passport and the new passport you can get a form for the immigration on their website and download it the passport office will also give you an form for you to fill in when you get the new passport.
Now I have just done it last week so I know how it goes, one little surprise they are doing is asking you for your bank book and a bank statement, even if it is not there website
This only applies to the retirement visa
Good luck

You can apply for a new passport
And still keep the one that you have now until your new one arrives so there is no reason to worry

UK passport office say 10 week delay for new passports. And could be longer due to backlog or being overseas.

You need to get a new one. If you miss a 90 day report because of it itβs not a major problem. A fine. Nothing that will impede travel to or from in the future.
