TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a Non-ED visa with a 3-month stamp expiring on February 3, and is currently outside Thailand due to illness. They are seeking options to retain their visa status. A comment indicates that if they are outside Thailand when the visa expires, they cannot retain it and will need to apply for a new visa upon return.

If you are not in Thailand before your stay expires, then it's gone. You have to start over with a brand new visa. There is nothing else that can be done because extensions can only be obtained from your immigration office, in person, with your passport.
