What should I do if my application for a NON-OA eVisa shows as pending and I have not received a confirmation email?

Well.. I think I broke the Evisa site yesterday.. uk… I was applying for 2 non-oa visas … pressed the submit button, paid the fee … and then an error occurred. Since then I’ve tried logging on but my dashboard just says error and that they are trying to fix. The payment is showing as pending.

Anyone else had anything similar? Should I have received an email confirming my applications had been submitted?
