What should I do if my 90-day report was rejected despite timely submission in Thailand?

Good day, having just submitted my 90DR on 12th Feb., I received an email this evening saying it was rejected.

I have been submitting them previously online for at least a year without any problem.

It was submitted within the 15 day period.

Is it okay to try again?

Could there be any reason for this?

Thanks all.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced a rejection of their 90-day reporting application (90DR) after consistently submitting without issues before. They inquired about the possibility of resubmission and reasons for rejection. Community members responded with various tips, including checking for recent travel outside Thailand, ensuring correct TM30 registration, being aware of the submission timeframe, and that rejections typically include a reason. Another user shared their successful resubmission after correcting an address error.

Just to inform, after submitting my online 90DR again (2nd x) I received approval. I consider that I may have filled out the address incorrectly first time. Thanks all helpful replies.

thanx for the update,

Just so EVERYONE knows once you get ONE 90 day report to go thru you can have it find that data and fill out the form for you by just putting in your passport and selecting your nationality and then pressing the magnifying glass icon in the Personal Information box

Then once it populates the screen CHECK that your extension expiration and arrival date is correct and you should be good to go

If you have since travelled anywhere, even within Thailand where a TM30 was submitted, you now have to submit a new TM 30 at your old 'standard' address. Failure to do so means a 1600 THB fine.

usually when they reject they always write the reason, it happened to me too, I had made a mistake with the date and they wrote it in the email

I had the same problem and it said I had to come in person for first report after my re-entry but this was my second report but still I had to report and no response at immigration as to why.
Graham ******
You can now only report online fron 15 days before down to 7, not in the final week

How many weekend days in that 15 as it is 14 working days, not including weekends?

@Mervyn *******

Just checking the date of submission (12th) and the actual due date (26th), it is possible i was a day too early. I will submit it again.

Have you been outside of Thailand recently?

Do you have a TM30 address registration on file with the Thai Immigration office?

is just checked the address on my initial TM30. Possibly my failure to put the Soi # and only the Rd. Oh well, live and learn.

ahh, so this is a "self inflicted" issue 😮 because you didn't get the address the same way as it is on the TM30.

Just wait to see if the one you re-filed gets rejected, THEN file again with the exact match to the TM30,

Remember if your due date is the 26th you actually have until the 5th of March to file a 90 day report in person. You got plenty of time to monkey with the address and keep trying.. 🙂

if your due date was the 26th, then the 12th was the first day you could apply online (2 weeks before the due date)

feel free to apply again, I know people who applied numerous times when they were rejected,

I had to apply 4 times once changing the way I wrote the address each time until it finally went thru

Make sure you're getting the address exactly as it's written on the TM30 you have filed because those 2 systems cross check each other now

OK. Thanks Tod.

good luck with it, report back on it

usually when they reject it they will put in the email why it was turned down

There was no mention of the reason. I submitted another, but no have wait 3 days before submitting another if necessary. Otherwise, it will be a trip to CW, where I will verify exactly the address details for future submissions.

@John *********
if you're rejected again, you don't have to wait 3 days, if you get rejected again you can apply, the system works on weekends no problem.

You'd have to most likely wait to see if it's approved or rejected until they re-open Monday but you can file over the weekend if you're rejected again today

Yes. I own my condo and have been living here since September 2023. I haven't even been out of Bangkok during that time.
