Question: I tried doing my 90days online. I came in January 31st. So I am due April 30th. According to what I've done before, I did it 14 days earlier online. It got rejected. Can I re-apply incase it was some mistake I made ?

Community members responded with various insights, confirming that reapplication is possible but advising on the need for correct dates and documentation, such as ensuring an updated TM30 form. You can't do the first one online. It has to be in person.

Did you file a new TM30 when you returned from overseas?

Make sure your tm30 is up to date as that will cause rejection if your address registered does not match up with the address you put on the application. If you have stayed away in a hotel etc then your tm30 will not be up to date.

That is where I went wrong some time ago.

Should be April 16 to April 30. If you were outside those dates it would get rejected

I tried 3 times last week and it binned me 3 times for all the same reasons, date of entry into Thailand and date of VISA expiry. I know for a fact all the information I submitted was correct. The ONLINE system is completely hit and miss. I'm going back to visiting IO in future

yup. But I took the date from my TM6 in 2020

is that the last time you entered Thailand

@John *********
yes. The TM30 hasn't got anything to do with 90day

the online systems of 90 day and tm30 are now linked and the data fields are cross checked.

still don't understand why mine was reject though. I did ask at IO when I went to do it in person, I typically got the shrug of the shoulders and standard answer of "not know".

it was just a thought. There's lots of reports of this happening and one of the reasons is not filing a fresh TM30 when returning from overseas. A number of immigration offices that didn't previously require that now do
Stuart *********
You can, but you may need to note why it was rejected - usually they say a reason (but not always). Where are you based? Some offices may have different rules as to why they reject people.

OK at CW that’s counter A. You’ll probably have to go in and file. Ask them why.
