TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing issues with submitting their 90-day report online in Thailand and seeks help. Responses include troubleshooting tips like ensuring correct date and month entry, turning off pop-up blockers, checking for recent changes like new passports or extensions, and using different browsers or clearing cache. If these steps fail, it is advised to submit the report in person.
oh that was exactly the reason why this message popped up for me a few months ago. I even posted about this in the group. I had traveled within Thailand several times but never bothered to file a new TM30. Turns out that's what I had to fix before being able to use the system again. At least that's what the officer told me.... đ

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND youâre between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.
1. Make sure youâre filling in the information, and only the information, requested.
2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly
3. Turn off any pop-up blockers
4. Turn off any auto-translate
5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications
6. If youâre using one of the applications, use the web-based system
7. If youâre using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.
8. Make sure your web browser isnât automatically filling in the forms.
9. Make sure you arenât confusing âOâ(Oh) with â0â (zero)
10. If youâre keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box
If the system still doesnât work, then you may need to file it in person.
I have tried all the above to no avail, didnât really want to go to immigration in the present situation, but I can see no other way as I have left it to late to post but thank you for you help
