TLDR : Answer Summary
Penny, a Thai female returning from Australia with her husband, inquires about long-term visa options for him while in Thailand. Community responses suggest that he can apply for a Non Immigrant O Visa based on their marriage. It can be obtained through Thai consulates in Australia or local immigration offices in Thailand, with certain procedures outlined.
