What is the start date for the new 90-day online reporting in Thailand, the previous report date or the approval date?

Hi Guys & Girls

Online 90 day reporting question. 

What date should your NEW 90 day online reporting start from 

1. The Date on your previous 90 Day Report which states the date you must report by. 

2. Or the date the immigration office/officer approves your online application. Which could reduce your next reporting by 14 days. 

The reason is you can only report 14 day before and up to you expiry date. 

But reporting at your local immigration office in person

you can report up to 7 days after expiry date. 

So it’s 4 times a year.! But it’s seems they count from the day they approve it. 

Could someone clarify the ruling on this please.

It’s counted from the approval stamp so the dates can change if you report early or late. The date on your new receipt will tell you your next due date

ok so if you report in person 7 days late which is allowed. It’ll start from that date (7 days or however days over you are. Is that correct or do they just put the last must report by date on your last report.

thanks that about clears it up. So I understand it properly now. I will always apply online only a day or two before it’s must report date on my previous application now I know. And if for some reason I’m not able to I still have 7 days to report in person 🇹🇭🇬🇧🇹🇭👍🏻👌🏻💪🏻

The day your report is approved is the day a new count start.

IF you use on line, check the website and you find a document to print with a new date mentioned on it.
