 if you have an extension from any other immigration office before (like covid extensions out of province etc) they usually do, if this is the first 30 day extension on your entry they usually don't IF you get the complete address of where you're staying

there are copy/photo shops right next to the immigration office, he can get the copies and photo done there if he needs to
