Hello. If the expiration date of my work permit is before the expiration date on my Non-B visa, would the earliest date actually negate both? (In case it matters, both fall sometime after September 26.)

Do not wait until the last day 16:59 pm as offices close 1 minute later,

Go a few weeks before with documents from your employer and apply for a new 1 year validity on your work permit at the Ministry of Labor and apply for a new 1 year Extension of Stay based on Employment at your local Immigration office

Yes, the earliest date is the date that the office within your region is allowing you,

I do not have the time to type out over 70 different Ministry of Labor offices and after that over 70 different Immigration Offices, so contact the ones in your region if you want to know the exact date.
