Covid extension visa has been granted until 1. March.
What happens if I leave the country and come back on 25. February? Will the deadline of visa still be 1. March or will I get a visa on arrival?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you leave Thailand while on a Covid extension visa, this extension will be canceled upon exit. Upon re-entry to Thailand before the extension expiration date, you will not retain the original extension and instead may receive a different visa status based on the entry scheme you use, such as a visa on arrival or visa exempt entry.
If you leave the country your current Extension of Stay based on unable to travel will be cancelled by a new stamp with date or exit.
You need a new visa or use the Visa Exempt Entry scheme to come back into Thailand

Your 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 will be voided when you leave Thailand. You will acquire either a 15 day visa on arrival, 30 day visa exempt, or 14 to 90 day bilateral agreement entry on arrival, if you enter without a visa. See attached for the visa entry list and length of time you will receive on entry without a visa.

The whole point of the Covid extension is that you are unable to leave the country. So if course you will re enter with a visa exempt
