What does 'WEB' mean in the context of 90-day reporting in Thailand, and which reporting date should I follow?

Hi, a question regarding 90 reporting. The slip in my passport asks me to notify my address again on March 13th but above that stamp is written by hand "WEB until 02/03/2025" and I have just received an email telling me notification is due again on March 2nd.

I plan on travelling outside Thailand leaving on February 24th returning around March 10th. (I have a UK passport and an extension of stay based on retirement)

Anyone know what WEB means and which date is applicable? Also, since I will be outside Thailand before either date, do I need to notify them at all and just start my next 90 days on my return?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on their 90-day reporting requirements due to conflicting dates noted in their passport and an email notification. They are also inquiring about the implications of traveling outside Thailand during this time. Commenters advise that the 90-day count starts anew upon re-entry into Thailand, and there is no need to report while outside the country.

What does WEB mean and why do they have 2 dates?

@Richard *******
you can notify from 15 to 7 days before online/web. From 7 days before to 7 days after the due date you report in person.

no, because you will not have been in country for 90 days
