TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew your retirement visa in Thailand while living in a rental accommodation, you generally need to obtain certain documents. These include the TM30 receipt, your rental lease agreement, a copy of the landlord's Thai ID, and the house book for the property. While not every immigration office requires all these documents, it's advisable to check with your local immigration office or community groups for specific requirements.

As a general rule, you need to have a TM30 receipt, your lease, a copy of the landlord's thai i/d and house book for that property <- the last two are NOT asked for at every office but are asked for enough of the time that I mention them to you
SO
Seeing as there are over 80 offices in the country, I'd say swing on by your immigration office and ask them directly what they need OR post on a group related to where you live in thailand and ask
