TLDR : Answer Summary
When doing your first 90-day report in Thailand, you typically need to bring several documents to the immigration office. Key documents include your passport, the TM30 form, and possibly additional items such as a completed TM47 form, a copy of your last entry stamp, and potentially a copy of your e-visa. The specific requirements may vary by immigration office, so it's advisable to check with your local office or their website for any additional documents.
Totally depends on the immigration office you go. You need only passport at some immigration office, while you are asked for whole bunch of documents at some other offices, and there are in-between.
You may need all or some of:
Copy of passport (ID page, entry stamp page, related stamps pages), TM30 receipt, latest 90 days report receipt if applicable, TM.6 departure card if applicable, and filled TM47 form
, You go to the Chaengwattana office at government complex building B. You bring original passport, TM30 receipt on paper (and TM.6 departure card in rare case you issued one at some land borders) along with filled TM.47 form.

I've done mine, passport, visa and TM30 handed them over, they completed everything and stapled the report in my passport, dead easy, I was expecting to fill forms out.

Hope this helps!

Look at the website of the local Immigration office !
Do yourself and the host you are living at, a big favor and ask for a copy of the TM30, when you arrive.
Much easier than the host har to find it again 85 days later.

I just started looking into applying for DTV. What's a 90 day report ?

Amanuel Tsegaye You've to notify your current status and residence to Immigration every 90 days.
The Thai government use the TM30 immigration form to keep track of foreigners' locations within the country. This applies to both long and short visits by foreigners. It is submitted by the owners of the lodging where you are staying.

I think there’s a form to fill out once you get to immigration, and I believe it’s available online.
