Need some help here people.

I entered on a Non imm B back in Jan this year, didn't get the year extension but went into the amnesty Visa. End of September I got a month extension with a letter from the embassy, but the amnesty got extended until the end of October so my extension is until November 30th.

Now I've heard there is a 60 day extension?

What documents will I need? Just the TM7 form and my passport?

Also will I go to Chaeng Wattana or out near the impact arena?

Can I ask, coz I think I’m in same situation like you .. I assume your 1-year multiple entry is valid for 3 month multiple entry and you need a new 1 year renewal outside.. ? Is that right ? FYI, i got a 3 month medical extension previously in September! Only option for me and possible. And secondly. I have so far been unsure about TM30 for Non-B. Please report if this is a necessity now. Finally. It might help take a quick hotel stay out of Bangkok . And then apply locally there.. I had a tough time first with Chang Wattana. So did in Khon Khaen instead

A TM30 and a 90 day report are separate documents.

A 90 day report is submitted for people who are on either one year extension of stays, OR people who are on Non-OA or Non-OX visas where they are stamped in for one year. People who are stamped in for "90 days" (actually 89 days) do not have to file a 90 day report since they can not legally stay longer for 90 days. The clock "resets" when they apply for a 60 day extension due to COVID-19.

A TM30 is submitted by the property owner no later than 24 business hours after a person starts staying at a property. Virtually all foreigners in Thailand are staying on someone's property; either a hotel, or some place they rent. The hotel owner, or the person they are renting from, files a TM30.

. Yes you are correct. The 90 day reporting we are exempt from. And TM30 needs of course to be filed by the “property” owner etc.. FYI, only option for a non-B extension 3 month was at the time in september a medical extension, work Permit ot actually also a Smart visa. For the sake of my medical extension I did mine in Khon Kaen, and it was unfortunately a legit one. I do believe it could be a valid advice to check in at temporary hotel residence in a place where the hassle of bureaucracy is less.. and that’s the advice I followed successfully. The doctor in Chang Wattana even gave me advice how to get it, the same day the extended the amnesty to September.. I’m just trying to help out with my experience and advice. I can share you my non-b extension if wanted. And the requirements, like eg. Taking a picture with today’s newspaper from a hospital bed with staff, send someone to immigration on your behalf. Not easy but doable..

On a Non-B multiple entry visa ("The sticker"), you can stay in 90 day increments. You can either:

1. Get an extension of stay based on employment.

2. Bounce in and out (going through the CoE and Quarantine process)

3. Get an extension of stay based on not being able to travel due to COVID-19.

You must get another extension, or leave Thailand, on the "admitted to" stamp.

Apply for what? It's the group advice that you must apply for any extension of stay based on where you live.

passport copies, probably a lease, or a receipt of where you're staying, proof you or your land lord did a TM30, maybe a screen grab stating your embassy doesn't issue the letter that you can't travel.

There's no one set list of what will be asked OR what will work. Some people are skating thru with almost no documentation and others are being put thru the wringer. :/

All you can do is go out there and try.

AND

just so you're clear if you don't get there by 3;30 this afternoon you've got ONE DAY (Monday the 30th) to try to pull it off without running on overstay..

It was not the wisest move to have waited until 2PM on a Friday to get after this :/

So you have a stamp in your passport letting you stay here until Nov 30th right? because AMNESTY ran out on Oct 31 ..
