TLDR : Answer Summary
During a first-time 90-day check-in at Thai immigration, it's generally required to present specific documents. One user reported needing the owner's ID, the house book, and the owner's phone number, which is typically needed for the TM30 form. The TM30 must be updated and matched with the address on the immigration report. While requirements can vary by office, it's advisable to comply with requests by immigration officials to ensure a smooth process. Additionally, many expats mentioned options to file TM30 online, facilitating easier reporting for subsequent check-ins.
Eddie Ward not always (of course 😉 ), my TM-30 w/on-line TM-47 isn’t updated, still says a hotel stay in BKK from 15 months ago, though it’s current, so can’t do 90 day on-line.
With all due respect... If they say they want it, you've got to get it... Whatever anybody says on here. Are you going to march in and say your not bringing the details because somebody on Facebook says you don't need it?

Different offices, different requirements. Present what is asked for at IO you use.
You will get alsorts of different answers on here due to personal experiences. The differences between IO's should not exist, but it does. Its down to individual understanding of the rules. I'm sorry to sound a but negative, but that's the way it is with any government dept. over here. Sometimes it's like nailing jelly to a wall.

If the address you listed on the 90 day report does not match the current TM30 for you, then everything the immigration officer said is true.

If this is what the I//O wants then it’s what they need…you also need the TM30

That's needed for TM30 but not for TM47. But you can't do a TM47 if you don't have a TM30.
