I presume that you will need to pick a token number as you enter. Just explain your requirement clearly at the counter giving the tokens. The token number would have info on the counter type + queue number.

1. Transfer Stamp to New Passport form, acquired from the local immigration office.

2. Letter from the embassy requesting the stamps to be transferred (if the embassy issued the request).

3. The old pasport and a copy of:

- The data (“picture”) page.

- The most recent arrival stamp.

- The most recent visa (if applicable).

- The most recent extension of stay (if applicable).

- The original and copy of the departure card (“TM 6”).

4. The new passport and a copy of:

- The data (“picture”) page.
