Dtv question.

I am a realtor self-employed with an S corporation in America for 20+ years with proof of income. I have a team with agents to cover my business while traveling. I am not necessarily working in Thailand but trying to eventually retire there. What documentation will I need to provide to get approved for DTV Visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a DTV Visa as a self-employed realtor, you need to provide a comprehensive set of documents demonstrating your income and business operations. Essential documents include a self-authored letter detailing your remote work authorization, an original IRS EIN letter, articles of incorporation, and a certificate confirming your company's status. Additionally, include personal bank statements covering six months, screenshots and links to your real estate ads, a photograph of yourself, your personal income tax return, and identification such as your driver's license and voting registration indicating your current address.
