And i think he has enough ideas how to get his answers he want. I did try the same, walked in Immigration and told them I want to be your new boss, they told me to leave the building, but i just kept on saying, No that is not the answer i want and surprise surprise, they kicked me out the office. Again I wish you good luck, but life is not always I want and I only read or listen to answers that fits my life style.

i not undestand, ANY input or pointers appreciated, but you must have been in this consulate to apply for a Tourist Visa with an unknown history of living inside Thailand using all kind of short time visa's to be able to reply. As this living in Thailand is more and more a critical point in decision making, I wish you good luck.
thanks. I'm just asking a very simple question. Hopefully somebody can help with an answer...

i understand, but even when these pointers are not the ones you like to read it is an answer on your question. Again with your history of living in Thailand it would not be easy to get the visa and to get entry into Thailand. Good luck.
no worries about disclosing, I do have an extensive in/out history and both ED visas and Tourist Visas. It's just I simply asked a question and your reply didn't provide an answer, is all.
Other than that, I appreciate your referral to Amornrat, thanks a bunch!
