Question:

I need to convert my TR to a business visa without leaving Thailand, I use the CW immigration Office.  Can anyone please tell me the steps and the forms / documents I will need please?

, thank you for that, so it would seem my first order of business is to go over to OSOS and talk to them, cos I tried talking to them on LINE as you can see from the chat above, and they really were not very helpful.

Contact to OSOS at Chumchuri Square is the fastest way for you to get the necessary information. As you just got the company approved, there are different/additional processes from the procedure with a long-existing companies or non-BOI compnies.

You can't get around getting your visa from Cham Churi Square if it's a BOI approved visa.

Now if you have wife and kids who need Non-Immigrant visas I think they have to use Chaengwattana and do it AFTER you get your BOI visa from Cham Churi Square.

BUT the place you need to go and talk to is the people at the One Stop Service Center at Cham Churi Square. They are dialed as far as the process.

Your employer would be the best person to answer this question. Is there a reason why you aren't asking them this question?

indeed you are correct, except I am the employer in this particular case. I just got BOI approval and would rather not spend the exorbitant amounts being asked of me to get it done if at all possible.

I do not believe you would go to CW, but instead Chumchuri Square. Have you asked the BOI what documents they need for you to get the visa/ extension of stay?
