Was just heading to Hua Hin immigration office to ask but have a flat. 

1. Can anyone confirm if anything additional is needed other than this list of requirements? 

2. For 'proof of income' do I need to show an incoming transfer if the 800000 THB has been left untouched since last year and if so how much?

Did you get that image FROM the Hua Hin Immigration office or is that just a boiler plate one that you ripped off the inter-web thinking it would work?

Just so you're clear, there are over 70 immigration offices in the country so having a list that ticks the boxes at every one of them is unlikely.

I'd say get your flat fixed and slog on over to the Hua Hin office and get the hand out listing the exact document requirements for that particular office is the best way that you know you've got what you need document wise to get your extension :)

there is no income, you're using banked money method so you show the 800K baht in the bank

you need exactly what I said as far as updating the bank book the date you apply, getting the standard bank letter and getting the year transaction history.

The reason I asked is that last year, when applying for the O visa, they told me I had to prove where the money had come from and tax statements from the Thai government weren't acceptable as proof of that.

you only show origin of funds when you get an in country 90 day Non-O visa issued at the immigration office.

There is no proof of funds origin when getting yearly extensions. As long as the seasoning is met there is no requirement to show where it came from

1. I think the picture posted is from some non-Thai immigration website, and it's the standard generic list.

2. Different immigration offices have different policies. Some require three, some two, and some one. Did you use Hua Hin immigration?

There is no requirement that the funds show as coming from overseas.

You need to get the 'standard' bank letter, (the 5 line one stating your name, the account number and the balance at the time they wrote the letter)

You need to get a year print out of the transaction history (most banks take 3 to 5 days to get this)

You need to update your bank book on the date you go to apply for the extension

The reason i say you need to get a year print out of the transaction history IS if you don't update your bank book regularly sometimes now all they do is print the money in, money out summary and not every transaction so having the year transaction history that the bank can print shows whether you kept the 800K baht in the account for 3 months after you got last years extension and then that the balance never went below 400K baht the rest of the year.
